Raffle in support of Children's Cancer and Leukemia Group
We are supporting Mollie and her family with this wonderful fundraising venture.
A message from Mollie's father, Mark:
Unfortunately in July this year our daughter Mollie, a pupil at Richard Wakefield C.E. Primary, Tutbury was diagnosed with Leukaemia....a devastating blow to all our family. With the state of uncertainty in the world at the moment and the stark reminder that life is precious we have decided to sell our home in Kilkenny.
However as we are living in unusual times we decided to sell using an unconventional method......a raffle. In doing so we are also donating 5% of the ticket sales revenue to Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) which is now a charity that is very close to our hearts.
The raffle went live on Friday 13th and in just over twelve days we have sold 44000 tickets. We need to sell 130000 tickets at £5 each by the closing date January 30th 2021. We are not going to achieve this without the help of everyone!
Our story has already featured in The Irish Times, Irish Mirror, Irish Daily Mail,UK Sun, Derby Telegraph, Birmingham live, Nottingham Post etc etc plus numerous Irish radio stations.
If you would like to purchase a ticket you can find further information via their facebook page: "Dream House Ireland" or via Instagram windreamhouseireland.
We hope that we can all help to raise money for such a worthy cause.
