School Council and Pupil Leadership
Our school council comprises of peer elected representatives from each class from Reception through to Year 6. The aim of the school council is to give pupil voice from across the school to enable children to put forward ideas to improve their environment, to suggest charities to support and to fund raise.
To prepare children for citizenship within their community, the council elect a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Vice Secretary. All members understand their role is to represent the views of their class and the council enjoys democratic voting to reach decisions.
Meetings are held on Tuesday lunchtimes with Mrs Waterall present in a supporting role.
